I am a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with more than 27 years of experience helping individuals improve their hearing health and quality of life through personalized hearing care solutions. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Auburn University in 1996, which provided the foundation for a career dedicated to enhancing communication and helping people reconnect with the world around them.

Throughout my career, I have specialized in hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting, hearing instrument programming, patient counseling, and ongoing hearing healthcare support. I am passionate about educating patients and their families, ensuring they understand their hearing needs and have the confidence to make informed decisions about their care. My goal has always been to provide compassionate, individualized service that leads to meaningful improvements in everyday communication and overall well-being.

I am known for my strong work ethic, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence. I believe in treating every patient with respect, empathy, and patience while delivering the highest standard of care. Building long-term relationships and earning the trust of those I serve have been among the most rewarding aspects of my profession.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have been happily married for 30 years and am the proud parent of two children. Family has always been a central part of my life and has shaped the values of dedication, compassion, and perseverance that I bring to both my personal and professional endeavors.
